All servers now have new SSL certificates installed

All servers now have new SSL certificates installed. This is done once the old SSL certificates are about to expire. This includes SSL for various services such as the server's hostname, cPanel, FTP, Exim etc.

In some remote cases you may see a security warning the first time you log back in to one of these services. However, all services are secure and it is safe to continue.

Scheduled maintenance Friday night (03-11-2016) Main Node Reboot

-Scheduled maintenance Friday night (03-11-2016)

-Maintenance Window: 11:00PM PST – 12:30AM PST

-The Main Node will require a reboot.

-Reason for maintenance: Security Patch/Kernel Upgrade/Cloud Linux Features

-Expected downtime: 30 minutes or less.


We will be performing some essential maintenance on our VPS hardware nodes on the 11th of March 2016 between 11:00pm and 12:30am PST. During this maintenance window we will be performing an upgrade of node security and kernel upgrade, resulting in a server shutdown which will last for approximately 30 minutes.

Individual VPS containers may be unreachable for slightly longer than this while they are shut down and then restarted after the maintenance is completed.

Our main site, billing and support will be fully up and available during this time.

New Backup System - Multiple restore points

All clients now have access to daily backups from within their cPanel. Actually 4 restore points are available. Today, yesterday plus weekly and monthly as well. Clients can access a whole home directory for complete restores or a single file.

To access:

Login to cPanel and scroll down to the files category and find the R1Soft Restore/Backups icon. 

Click on the icon and browse for the files you need.

Scheduled downtime for our support desk and billing server (Jupiter)

On Monday, February 16th, 2015 at 10:00 PM EST our data center will begin migrating our Jupiter server to new hardware. The purpose of this migration is to decommission older hardware, and to upgrade this server to a more robust and stable version.
There will be some periods of downtime while the Jupiter is migrating, especially at the end of the migration, which ensures all settings and data are identical on the new machine.

This will affect our main website, billing and support desk including live chat.

->Important: NO client websites will be affected.

If you have an emergency during this time our phone support will still be available.
