How can I find past tickets/issues that I have sent?

Just log into the help desk using the login link you have been provided within our first email response after a new ticket has been submitted. Once logged in, click on " Ticket List" (under the grey navigation bar located at the top of the page).

This will show you all of the tickets that you have submitted in the past.
