What happens if I respond to a support response via email? Will you get my message?

Yes. Any emails sent to our support email addresses will still be seen by us and create a ticket in our help desk.  However, we will need to get your login and other assorted details from you that normally are input into the support desk form when you submit a support ticket the standard way. This will take extra time and is not recommended in a critical situation.
