If you are reading this, thank you for considering Innerplanet as your web hosting provider! Please follow the easy steps below to get started. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us 24 hours a day. We will be more than glad to help!

Step 1

Select and Order

Select and order your hosting plan at http://www.innerplanet.com/plans.htm
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

Don't forget to ask any questions you may have before you order.
You can Contact Innerplanet Sales here.

You will receive a conformation email directly after you order verifying that we received it. This should be within/under five minutes. If you do not see your conformation email come through, please check your spam/bulk email folders and let us know if you do not receive it. Please Contact Innerplanet Sales here.
This is just a conformation email that your order has been received, not your welcome email which will come later.

Step 2

Your order is verified and your welcome email is sent

A live staff member will personally verify your order and make sure there are no errors. Your order goes through a series of extensive fraud checks. Then, in just a short time, you will receive your welcome email.
This email will provide all of the necessary information that you will need to get started. It will also include two sets of usernames and passwords. One set for your client/billing area and one set for your cPanel/FTP login.

If you do not receive your welcome email within a few hours (usually much sooner depending on work load), please check your spam folder especially if using a free email such as Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail at signup. If at all possible, please try not to these "free" email addresses. It's best to use an email address like the one that you received from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for your contact, as we have found these "free" email services not as reliable as the email address or addresses you receive when you sign up for your Internet access.

If you have any questions or help with anything, please contact our friendly support staff. They will be glad to walk you through anything you don't understand.
