There are three ways to contact our support team 24 hours a day by our sate-of-the-art ticket system, Live chat, or by emergency toll free phone support.

The best way to contact us is by our ticket system located here: Click "Contact Support"

Important Please Read: When submitting a support ticket, please always reply directly back to our replies. If you don't, it will open up a new support ticket and this will just create a larger work load on our support team, When multiple techs are working on he same issue it will take longer to resolve your issue in addition,,

When contacting us this way, you will be connected to a level one or two support team member. Contacting us this way gives our techs time to troubleshoot the issue thoroughly and return a much better and precise answer,

Live chat is great for quick questions that don't involve extended issues and don't involve server login.

If your site is completely offline and it is not available and you do not have access to email, you can talk to our techs over the phone.
This is a 24 hour toll-free line at 1-800-929-1689. This is not for issues regarding your account being offline because of a possible billing problem.

Our support department does have access to the billing records. Please contact  for this.
