Ho do I add a link to a .PDF file to my website?

Basically, there are two main steps:

1. Upload the pdf file to your website.
2. Create a link to to it.

To put a PDF on your site, you will need to upload it to your site first. Make sure it is somewhere in the public_html folder. You can do this via FTP. An FTP program is included with the web builder but we suggest using a full FTP client as you may be needing this for future projects.  You can do a search on Google for FTP clients, but a good one that we  suggest is FileZilla. You can dowloaded it here: http://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client

Next you will need to link to it from your site.

The link that you need to use will be something like this: http://www.yourdomain/yourfile.pdf
Please remember to change the "yourfile" and "yourdomain" in the link to the name of your actual domain name and file. This will make more sense after viewing the video tutorial.

Lastly, it is a good idea to include a link to the pdf file reader. Just in case they do not have one installed.
